How do I win?
- Login to www.dont-miss-out.co.uk and register to play Festival Pro.
- To win you must register via the website and answer the questions set out.
- Only entries via the website will be accepted.
- The competition entry is only open to persons aged 18.
- The competition entry is only open to residents of United Kingdom.
- Winners will be chosen by a draw in which the names of all the persons providing the correct entries will be entered.
- There are 12 draws, and there will be 12 winners.
- Winners will be informed of winning by email or post at the address provided by them when registering.
- Each winner will win 4 VIP tickets to the V Festival 2008 in Chelmsford, as well as the Pro Plus festival package.
- Travel to & from the V Festival in Chelmsford is not included in the prize, and needs to be arranged & paid for by individual competitors.
- Please note health and safety at the venue are the responsibility of the organiser, and Bayer plc is not liable in anyway for any loss suffered by any person availing of this offer.
- You can enter the Competition between April 1st 2008 and 31st July 2008 which is the last date of entry for this competition.
- There will be no alternative to the prize(s) offered.
- By ticking the 'Opt In' box you are thereby consenting to allowing Bayer plc, Bayer House, Strawberry Hill, Newbury, RG14 1JA, UK, (the Data Controller) to hold your contact details so that they may use them to inform you of products and promotional offers in the future.
- Employees, the agency (Cake) and agents of the Promoter and their families may not enter this competition.
- No purchase is necessary.
- Entries must not be made via agencies or third parties. Any such entries are invalid.
- Entries will not be acknowledged and/or returned.
- Proof of posting is not proof of receipt and Bayer plc does not accept any liability for entries lost or damaged via the internet.

- The judge's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The winners must be prepared to be photographed and included in publicity, and his or her name may be revealed in any list of winners made public by the promoter.
